Las Vegas Raiders: 3 Pittsburgh Steelers to worry about in Week 2
T.J. Watt, Outside Linebacker
Finally, the elephant in the room, T.J. Watt, arguably the best defensive player in football, and one who is certainly going to leave his mark on this game. Watt is a guy who flies all over the field, can make plays in the backfield, and force turnovers, as he has become the complete package since coming into the league a few years back.
Watt is a tough player to game plan against, as it is going to take a total team effort to keep him under wraps in this game. I can see him attacking the Raiders from the edge, likely going after rookie Alex Leatherwood over Kolton Miller, who was outstanding against the Ravens on Monday night.
Carr is going to need to get the ball out of his hands quickly on Sunday, and luckily for the Raiders, he is more than capable of doing just that.
The Steelers defense is loaded, and while there are some offensive weapons to worry about, the focus for the victory on Sunday has to revolve around getting the best of the defensive side of the ball. The Steelers have elite players on all three levels, so if the Raiders want to escape Heinz Field at 2-0, they will have to execute their offense with precision, and with consistency.
