The Las Vegas Raiders take on Miami in Week 3, and here are three reasonable expectations for the team against the Dolphins on Sunday.
The Las Vegas Raiders take on the Miami Dolphins on Sunday, a team that surely has Raider Nation salivating at the thought of going 3-0, and continuing the quest as one of the few undefeated teams in football remaining.
The Fins, despite splitting the season at 1-1, have in fact looked nearly as bad as the winless teams so far in 2021. They beat New England in Week 1, which was a solid divisional win, but the Pats were also a bit banged up and were starting a rookie in former Alabama star Mac Jones.
Last week, the Dolphins hit rock bottom, as Tua Tagovailoa got hurt, and they ended up losing to the Buffalo Bills 35-0. While Miami is down, they are not out, and as we see every week in the NFL, no team can be taken lightly.
While Las Vegas should win, if you are expecting a 45-0 drubbing, I would temper those expectations for a few reasons. Here, we look at some realistic, and reasonable expectations for Sunday’s matchup inside Allegiant Stadium.
