Las Vegas Raiders at Los Angeles Chargers: 3 Raiders to watch
Maxx Crosby
The storm will be coming for the Bolts in this one, and not in the way they are hoping. Maxx Crosby has been one of the best pass rushers in the NFL this season, he looks more like former All-Pro Raiders defender Khalil Mack than a former late-round pick.
Likely matching up against right tackle Storm Norton, a plug-and-play offensive tackle covering for the injured Bryan Bulag, the Raiders defensive line, especially Crosby has to be licking their chops. Nelson has played for more practice squad teams than games he has started in his career.
The 27-year-old’s claim to fame thus far is being the top selection in the now-defunct XFL. Crosby should have a field day on the backup tackle, and make quarterback Justin Herbert’s life a miserable one come Monday. Even if he is up against Rashawn Slater, who has not allowed a sack since 2018, Crosby is going to make a huge impact Monday night.
