The 2021 Week 4 slate will close with the Las Vegas Raiders playing the Los Angeles Chargers. Here are some keys to victory for the Silver and Black.

This upcoming Monday night, the undefeated Las Vegas Raiders head to Los Angeles, California, to face-off against a familiar and formidable foe in the Los Angeles Chargers. Despite the Raiders’ success in recent seasons versus the Chargers, this game’s atmosphere is different entering 2021.

Both teams enter the contest with a winning record and possess two MVP caliber signal-callers. In addition, both squads are playing well in all phases, which makes for an exciting yet pivotal primetime matchup.

However, if the Silver and Black want to remain undefeated, they must follow the following keys to victory versus their AFC West foe.

Raiders must exploit Chargers offensive line

The Los Angeles Chargers have been looking to improve their offensive line. In both 2019 and 2020, the Chargers front allowed 34 sacks. This past offseason, they addressed their unit by acquiring 2020 All-Pro center Corey Linsley in free agency.

In addition, with their first-round selection of the 2021 NFL Draft, they selected Northwestern’s standout, Rashawn Slater. Both have made a difference for the Chargers as the Bolts have only allowed five sacks in 3 contests thus far this season.

However, starting right tackle Storm Norton is a liability. In Week 2 versus the Dallas Cowboys, he was tasked with defender Micah Parsons and allowed 8 pressures. Although Parsons is a talented rookie, Norton will face a completely different task on Monday night with edge defenders Yannick Ngakoue and Maxx Crosby.
