The Las Vegas Raiders offensive line continues to struggle, and these three offensive linemen must be signed immediately.

It may seem a bit premature to hit the panic button when you start a season 3-1, as in fact, on just account of record, the Las Vegas Raiders are one of the best in football.

So why would the Raiders need to make a move in a season that is one of their best in near decades? Well if you viewed the game on Monday night, you would surely understand the dilemma here.

The offensive line has been a very inconsistent bunch so far this season, and taking into consideration there is a new center in Andre James, two backups are starting at guard due to injury, with a rookie is at right tackle, the expectations for his offensive line should be tempered to some degree.

However, the Silver and Black are a talented bunch that is built to win now, and the offensive line woes need to be fixed immediately, especially at the guard position. Here, I’ll discuss three guards or players that could be moved to guard, that need to be signed or at least in consideration for the Raiders.
