The Chiefs won by double digits, and the Broncos and Raiders suffer their first losses as Chargers take control of the division.

The AFC West is one of the best divisions in the National Football League.  The Las Vegas Raiders and Broncos were the last of the two undefeated teams in the AFC.  The AFC West is also one of the only two divisions in the National Football League where all four teams have won at least two games.

The Denver Broncos had won their first three games against opponents who had gone a combined 0-9 before Sunday, that was until the Baltimore Ravens came into Mile High Stadium and beat them 23-7.  The Kansas City Chiefs and Patrick Mahomes were coming off their worst September of the Mahomes era.

They had lost two games in a row after their upset loss to the Chargers last week in which Mahomes was intercepted twice and they also lost two fumbles.  They went to visit the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday and beat them 42-30, making it their biggest margin of victory in about 20 games.

The Las Vegas Raiders and the Los Angeles Chargers faced off tonight in a Monday Night Football clash, with the Chargers coming out victorious and taking firm control of the AFC West.

Let’s take a look at each game that happened in the AFC West and see how everything shook out.
