Las Vegas Raiders vs Chicago Bears: 3 things to watch

How Las Vegas plays early on

One of the big issues for this Raiders team this season has been how badly they start out games. It seems like every week the team is down 14-0 before you can blink, and while they were able to come back and beat both Baltimore and Miami, the deficit proved to be too large against the Chargers on Monday night.

Against Chicago, they need to get out to a fast start, letting the Bears and their rookie quarterback know that they are in for a long day. Derek Carr needs to push the ball down the field early, as that will soften this Bears defense, as well as give the running game a chance to finally get going.

If the Raiders start slow, it is going to give confidence to a Bears team that should be no match for them this season. Open up the playbook, take some shots, and step on the gas early on, or else this is going to be another cardiac game for the Silver and Black inside Allegiant Stadium.
