Las Vegas Raiders vs Chicago Bears: Offensive Grades in 2021 Week 5
Tight End
Believe it or not, the Raiders actually have another tight end in Foster Moreau. You would not believe this considering the Raiders only used one tight end in receiving in this one in Pro Bowler Darren Waller.
The 2020 Pro Bowl tight end struggled in this one, but all of the receivers did for the most part. Moreau was mainly used to combat the pass rush of the Bears which he failed miserably at, and Waller dropped quite a few passes in route to a four-reception, 45-yard day.
Not spectacular numbers by any measure, and barely decent to an extent.
The struggles of Waller and this offense are becoming apparent, and the Raiders offense was an afterthought Sunday against a Bears defense that basically had their way with them. Waller is not only the star of this group but basically the only looked-upon target. He has to do better with catching, and also getting open as the Raiders might be on a downward spiral at this point in the season.
