Las Vegas Raiders: 2021 Week 6 fantasy football Sit ‘Em or Start ‘Em
Start ‘Em
Henry Ruggs
Henry Ruggs is used primarily as a deep threat receiver, meaning he won’t receive a bunch of the target share, and for him to have fantasy relevance, he has to snag a few deep balls. It is a roll of the dice, but for the most part, Ruggs has delivered.
His game is reminiscent of current Los Angeles Rams wide receiver DeSean Jackson, and while the jury is out on if he will be able to produce ‘prime’ Jackson numbers, his speed is on full display week-to-week and is utilized in a way in which teams used Jackson over the years.
He is not the most consistent receiver, but he is a handful to keep up with, and if he can even snag a few passes, the yardage and ability to break out for a score are worth the roll of the dice
Josh Jacobs
Call me crazy for this one, but at some point, Jacobs has to breakout. The offensive line may hold him back from this, but with his skill, he always has a shot to turn around a so-far lethargic season. The pass has totally been negated over the last two games, and hopefully opening up the playbook this week with Bisaccia will allow Jacobs to finally thrive.
The Broncos have been scintillating in stopping not only the pass but also the run. However, something has to give, and Jacobs is talented enough to buck this trend. Call me crazy, but I’m going to roll the dice myself here and start him.
