Jon Gruden’s resignation opens the door for a new coaching regime for the Las Vegas Raiders this offseason. Here are four options to consider.

The Las Vegas Raiders need a new head coach in 2022, as with the resignation of Jon Gruden, the Silver and Black have appointed assistant head coach/special teams coach Rich Bisaccia as the interim head coach for the remainder of the season.

However, significant changes are on the horizon for Las Vegas this offseason. The departure of Gruden opens the gate to an intriguing head coaching vacancy in Sin City. Some of the names may be bigger than others, and one you will certainly remember, but all should get a call to interview for the job this offseason.

Here are a few NFL and collegiate candidates to note as the season progresses.
