Las Vegas Raiders vs. Denver Broncos: 2021 Week 6 offensive grades
Wide Receivers
These young wide receivers for the Las Vegas Raiders improve and impress every single week, and it is so fun to watch. Henry Ruggs III of course was the big star of the day for the receiving corps, finishing with 97 yards on three receptions and a touchdown.
Ruggs had two 40-yard receptions and an impressive average of 32.3 yards per reception on Sunday. You can tell how much trust Carr has in Ruggs these days because, on both of his deep catches, Carr was under duress and heaved it up for the speedster.
There was also Bryan Edwards in this game, who iced the game with his 51-yard catch on a third-down late. Overall, he is becoming another solid weapon for Carr and this passing game, and it was a breath of fresh air to see how Greg Olson opened up the passing attack on Sunday.
Fan-favorite Hunter Renfrow had a pretty quiet game totaling only three receptions for 36 yards but that still averaging 12 yards a catch and still continues to be one of Derek Carr’s most reliable weapons.
