Las Vegas Raiders vs. Denver Broncos: 2021 Week 6 offensive grades
Tight Ends
The tight ends weren’t the biggest part of the game plan on Sunday but that didn’t mean they didn’t contribute at all. Darren Waller caught five passes for 59 yards including a huge one that went for 33 yards.
The Broncos did a good job in defending Waller and not letting him get loose especially after the catch, but a team isn’t going to shut Darren Waller completely out he is just too good and too important to the Raiders overall gameplan for that to happen. Foster Moreau has struggled some this season mostly with his blocking, but this game was one of his best in that regard.
On the Josh Jacobs touchdown run late in the game, Moreau had a part in blocking three different Broncos on that one play. He only had one reception for 11 yards on the game, but If he continues to block the way he did on Sunday he and the offense will continue to prosper.
