The Las Vegas Raiders are welcoming the Philadelphia Eagles (2-4) into the desert on Sunday, which will precede a much-needed bye in Week 8.

The Las Vegas Raiders had a stunning victory in Week 6, going into Denver and dominating the Broncos on both sides of the ball. For a team left for dead, the Raiders attacked the Broncos early and often, scoring their first opening-drive touchdown since the middle of last season.

Those are the kinds of wins that can jumpstart a season, and with a 4-2 record and their bye week ahead, the Raiders could easily go into the bye week with a 5-2 mark, which would be one of the best in the AFC. To do so, they must beat the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 7.

The Eagles have been a combination of good, and mostly bad play, but did pull out a rather surprising performance in their latest loss to the defending Super Bowl champions the Tampa Buccaneers, losing the matchup by only six points. Quarterback Jalen Hurts played well late, as he attempted to lead the Eagles all the way back, but in the end, they just did not have enough against a power like Tampa Bay.

There are some key figured in this matchup that should be watched for the Raiders as they look to go two games over .500 heading into the bye, and I will detail below just who these players are.
