Las Vegas Raiders: 3 Philadelphia Eagles to worry about in Week 7
By Nico Di Fede
The Las Vegas Raiders welcome the Eagles to town on Sunday afternoon, and here are three members of Philadelphia to worry about in the contest.
After an important 34-24 win against the Denver Broncos in Rich Bisaccia’s first contest as interim head coach, the Las Vegas Raiders will return home and look to go into the bye week at 5-2 with a possible victory against the Philadelphia Eagles.
The Eagles currently sit at 2-4 coming off of a loss against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but it is key that they are not overlooked as this has the makings of a trap game. Offensively, the Eagles are not too hot, sitting at 19th in total yards per game, 23rd in passing yards per game, 15th in rushing, and 20th in points per game.
Defensively, their passing defense has been solid, allowing the 5th fewest passing yards per game which in turn puts them at 11th in total yards allowed, however, their rushing defense, like the Raiders, has struggled. The Eagles are 28th in rushing yards allowed per game and 23rd in points allowed per game.
These stats show the game may come down to strength versus strength. The Raiders passing game versus the Eagles passing defense.
With all that being said, here are three players on the other side of the ball that the Raiders need to worry about.
