2021 Week 7 NFL Power Rankings: Can the Raiders break into the top-5?

No. 29 through 25

team. 30. . . . New York Jets. 29

The New York Jets are a bad football team, and the news got worse on Sunday, as rookie quarterback Zach Wilson sprained his PCL, and will miss 2-to-4 weeks. This is a team in shambles right now, but Wilson has shown flashes, and head coach Robert Saleh should be a good one eventually, so the future is not as bad as some would think.

59. . . . Miami Dolphins. 28. team

Last weekend, the Miami Dolphins flew to London, only to be beaten by one of the worst teams in football in the Jacksonville Jaguars. Coming into this season with so much hype, the Dolphins have been one of the more disappointing teams in the NFL, and are currently battling the New York Jets to stay out of the cellar in the AFC East.

Washington Commanders. 27. team. 58. . .

Going into the 2021 NFL season, many felt that the Washington Football Team would be a challenger in the NFC, after showcasing an elite defense the year before. However, they have been bad on both sides of the ball, and it is looking like a lost season in our Nation’s Capital.

31. . . . New York Giants. 26. team

Staying in the NFC East, the New York Giants finally got a win on Sunday, making Carolina Panthers’ quarterback Sam Darnold’s return to MetLife Stadium a nightmare. Daniel Jones could be the long-term solution at quarterback, but Joe Judge needs to do a better job protecting him as an asset before he joins the long list of injured G-Men.

25. team. 45. . . . Denver Broncos

When the Denver Broncos started out the season with a 3-0 record, many felt they could be one of the top teams in football this season. However, they then had to start playing the better teams in the NFL, and since then, they have not been on the winning side of a result. Looks like another lost season in Denver.
