2022 NFL Draft: Las Vegas Raiders picking late in full first round mock

Picks No. 7 through 10

31. . Edge. New York Giants. George Karlaftis. 7. player

The New York Giants likely have their quarterback for the long-term in Daniel Jones, but it remains to be seen what they will do at head coach and general manager. With how they are playing now, they will be a top-10 team in the draft next year, and with this selection, they should bolster the defensive line, adding an elite edge rusher in Purdue’s George Karlaftis.

player. 30. . Wide Receiver. New York Jets. Chris Olave. 8

The New York Jets are hoping that they made the right decision with Zach Wilson as their franchise quarterback, as they took him with the No. 2 overall pick last year. If Wilson is going to develop as a passer, he needs more weapons, and Chris Olave would be an excellent addition for an offense that struggles in a big way to get chunk yardage.

Matt Corral. 9. player. 58. . Quarterback. Washington Commanders

The Washington Football Team still has questions when it comes to the quarterback position, and here at No. 9 overall, the first signal-caller could come off the board. Matt Corral from Ole Miss is having an outstanding season, tossing 15 touchdowns against only one interception, and could be the long-term solution in Washington.

10. player. 59. . Offensive Lineman. Miami Dolphins. Tyler Linderbaum

The Miami Dolphins went into this season with high expectations but heading into Week 8, they are one of the worst teams in football. There is still a lot to like about their front office, and their head coach, but the offensive line is atrocious right now, making Tyler Linderbaum a solid pick here to close out the top-10.
