2022 NFL Draft: Las Vegas Raiders picking late in full first round mock

Picks No. 11 through 14

Kaiir Elam. 11. player. 47. . Cornerback. New England Patriots

The New England Patriots trounced the New York Jets in Week 7, putting up 54 points against their division rival, and showing just how far the gap is between the two franchises. Last year, they got their franchise quarterback in round one in Mac Jones, and in 2022, they should bolster the secondary, getting an absolute shutdown cornerback in Kaiir Elam.

Malik Willis. 12. player. 45. . Quarterback. Denver Broncos

The Denver Broncos are a mess right now, as it seems like that 3-0 start against terrible competition was years ago. One thing is for sure, they need to find a long-term solution at quarterback, so it would not be surprising if the talented Malik Willis is the pick here at No. 12 overall.

Andrew Booth Jr.. 13. player. 54. . Cornerback. Philadelphia Eagles

The Philadelphia Eagles continue their run of first round picks by adding a cornerback to the mix, selecting Andrew Booth Jr. from Clemson. Philadelphia has a long way to go in terms of the NFC East, but with this many first round picks, they have to bridge the gap, and this pick bolsters their secondary in a big way.

87. . Cornerback. Carolina Panthers. Ahmad Gardner. 14. player

Ahmad Gardner is a driving force on one of the hottest teams in college football right now, as he is a lock-down cornerback for the Cincinnati Bearcats. With pick No. 14, the Panthers show they are committed to Sam Darnold, passing on a quarterback, and taking someone who will make life difficult for the rest of the NFC South.
