2022 NFL Draft: Las Vegas Raiders picking late in full first round mock
Picks No. 15 through 18
The New York Giants are a mess right now, but they do have two first round picks in 2022, and there is plenty of talent coming out that can help them in their biggest areas of need. Upfront along the defensive line, DeMarvin Leal would not only be a steal at No. 15 overall but would be an excellent complement to Leonard Williams in the middle of this Giants defense.
The Kansas City Chiefs went into this season with Super Bowl aspirations, but they have been terrible at times, especially on the defensive side of the ball. They need help on all three levels, and at pick No. 16, Jordan Davis from Georgia can come in and help solidify the middle of their defensive line.
The Atlanta Falcons are a team that has been up and down all season long, but they continue to keep pace with the rest of the NFC. Come draft day, they could be picking right in the middle of the first round, and a talent like Adam Anderson coming off the edge would do a lot for their new-look defense.
The Pittsburgh Steelers are getting solid play from Ben Roethlisberger this season, and he has them in the mix in terms of the playoff race in the AFC. However, he has looked very old at times, and at pick No. 18, the team brings in his successor, taking UNC quarterback Sam Howell, who was once considered a threat to be the No. 1 overall pick.
