3 reasons the Las Vegas Raiders can still win the AFC West

The pass rush has finally arrived

The Raiders have had one of the worst pass rushes in the NFL since the Khalil Mack trade, and even in the final year with Mack, the Raiders pass rush as a whole was not as good as it is now. Maxx Crosby and Yannick Ngakoue have taken the pass rush to another level, as well as finally getting help from the inside.

Gus Bradley has this defense rolling, and last year’s addition of Rod Marinelli is clearly paying off. Crosby has taken the next step, not only as a leader but as a player, and maybe on pace to be named an All-Pro this season.

Ngakoue is having a great season that is being overshadowed a bit by Maxx Crosby. Soloman Thomas has played better than anyone could have hoped for. The Raiders have a legit pass rush, and it is a massive reason the Raiders are winning these games.
