Best prop bets for Raiders vs the Giants in Week 9 of the 2021 NFL season

1. Passing Touchdowns: Derek Carr over 1.5 (-160)

We have gone into detail in terms of the Giants’ secondary, as they have solid safeties, as well as two elite cornerbacks in James Bradberry and Adoree Jackson. In this matchup, especially with Ruggs out, we will need to see some players step up, and guys like Bryan Edwards and Hunter Renfrow are the first to come to mind.

Quarterback Derek Carr is having an outstanding season, and when it comes to touchdown passes, he has thrown at least two in a game in all but one matchup in 2021. He is spreading the ball out to multiple guys, has been strong in the red zone, and is not afraid to take deep shots downfield.

Against the Giants, the Raiders are going to put up points, and I believe that Carr will once again toss for two or more touchdowns in this matchup. That means taking the over in terms of the 1.5 passing touchdowns for Carr, and while it won’t net you a ton of money, it seems to be easy money against this Giants defense.
