Las Vegas Raiders vs Kansas City Chiefs: 3 things to watch in Week 10
Is Patrick Mahomes really broken?
All the talk in the media surrounding the Kansas City Chiefs has been negative as of late, as people are wondering if Patrick Mahomes is broken. Once considered the next big thing in the NFL, Mahomes has looked very pedestrian since the team’s loss in the Super Bowl last year, and barely got the offense going against Green Bay last weekend.
The truth is, Mahomes is one of the more gifted signal-callers in the NFL, and he may just be in the middle of a tough season. The Chiefs revamped the offensive line in front of him, and the defense has been atrocious at times, putting him in the same situation as we have seen Derek Carr be put in during his time with the Raiders franchise.
The Las Vegas Raiders fell short against the New York Giants at Metlife Stadium, here are the 5 things we learned from the Week 9 loss.
One would have to think that Mahomes has not just lost it and that he has some better games ahead of him this season. However, the Raiders can not allow them to be the team he gets right against, because if this offense does get on a roll, it is going to be hard for the Silver and Black to go blow-for-blow with them.
