Derek Carr

The truth is, Derek Carr has been outstanding this season, and every time it looks like the Raiders will go back to their losing ways, he finds a way to pull them out. Sure, the Week 9 matchup against the Giants was terrible, but Carr always struggles when he plays in East Rutherford, and nearly every star quarterback has had their down moments this season.

On Sunday night, I like Carr to outplay his AFC West counterpart, much like he did across the two-game set last season. Carr has enjoyed some big games inside Allegiant Stadium in 2021, and he has had some special moments at home against this franchise in the past, whether it has been in Oakland or Las Vegas, especially in primetime.

Overall, Carr is having the better season when it comes to him and Mahomes, and adding DeSean Jackson to the mix is only going to make this passing attack more prolific moving forward. He is coming off his worst game of the season, but playing against this Chiefs defense, he should be able to rack up yards and points in bunches in primetime on Sunday night.
