The Las Vegas Raiders play host to the Kansas City Chiefs in primetime in Week 10, and here are some reasonable expectations for the team in the matchup.

The Las Vegas Raiders hit the field for a primetime matchup against division rival Kansas City in Week 10, as they close out the Sunday slate on Sunday Night Football. Coming off a bad loss to the New York Giants, the Raiders will look to get back on the winning track, and will do so against a Chiefs team that has not looked dominant this season.

With that said, let us take a look at some reasonable expectations for the Silver and Black in this matchup.

Derek Carr outplays Patrick Mahomes

We start out with the matchup at quarterback, where one is a perennial MVP candidate, and the other is in the middle of one of his best seasons yet. On Sunday night, Carr will get his first crack at the Chiefs in front of the home fans, and he won’t disappoint.

Coming off his worst game of the season, Carr is going to be up for the challenge, and he has a legitimate deep threat in the newly-acquired DeSean Jackson. Look for Carr to throw deep against a very beatable Chiefs secondary, outplaying his counterpart Mahomes in this one.
