Las Vegas Raiders vs Kansas City Chiefs: 3 things we learned in Week 10
Raiders are not yet ready to take the next step
This offseason, Raider Nation was promised by the players on the team that this wasn’t the same team as last season. That there wasn’t going to be a second-half collapse like there have been in the 2019 and 2020 seasons.
However, here we are again after playing a mostly impressive brand of football before their bye week and being in a position to be in sole possession of first place despite losing to a two-win team in the New York Giants last week.
Both the Chargers and Broncos lost their Week 10 games before the kickoff of this one, giving the Silver and Black a golden opportunity against Kansas City. However, the Raiders have reverted back to what they were in 2019 and 2020, and it looks like they are going down another steep slope.
This team needs to look at itself and get things straightened out starting next week against the Bengals because despite everything that this team has been through and the struggles they have had these past two seasons they still have a chance at not o let the division, but also a Wild Card spot.
