The Las Vegas Raiders have decisions to make in terms of their roster for 2022, and these three players should be one-and-done.

It has been an up-and-down season for the Las Vegas Raiders, one that has been a roller coaster both on, and off the field. There was the 3-0 start, one that made the team look like a playoff contender, before a two-game losing streak that culminated in Jon Gruden’s resignation.

Then, a two-game winning streak under head coach Rich Bisaccia, though another streak that ended with off-the-field issues. Henry Ruggs III was released after a fatal car crash, and then fellow 2020 first-rounder, Damon Arnette, was cut after brandishing a gun on social media and threatening to kill people.

After the bye week, Las Vegas has looked terrible, losing to Daniel Jones and the lowly New York Giants on the road before being blasted by Kansas City at home in primetime with a chance to move into sole possession of first place in the AFC West.

Through it all, we have seen some players step up in a big way in terms of free-agent signings, while others, like these three, should be shown the door after the season ends.
