Las Vegas Raiders at Dallas Cowboys: 3 bold predictions in Week 12

Bold Prediction 1: The Offense comes alive

The Raiders’ offense simply has no other option than to respond this week after three straight abysmal performances. The defense, other than maybe the game against the Chiefs, has played well enough for the Raiders to win every game this season. The pass rush has been impeccable and the Raiders finally have difference makers on the back end of the defense.

It is time for the offense to join the party.

The Raiders have attempted to establish the run since Jon Gruden’s departure and work in more of a balanced offense. This is not working. The Raiders are running the ball ineffectively and at the most inopportune times, highlighted by a 3rd and 7 draw play last week that went nowhere. The Raiders must revert back to their pass-heavy offense that we saw during the first three weeks of the season and start putting points on the board once again.

On Thursday, they will finally break out of their offensive slump and show us the explosive offense that we have seen in the past. It is desperation time and against an average Cowboys defense, the Raiders have no choice but to pull out all the stops, even if this means Derek Carr throws the ball fifty times.

Expect the Raiders to score at least three touchdowns as they finally start to help out the defense again.
