3 Raiders to watch in their Week 12 battle against Dallas

DeSean Jackson, WR

In his 14-year career, DeSean Jackson has been incredibly productive in 17 games vs the Dallas Cowboys. Per statmuse, Jackson has accumulated over 1,200 yards and five touchdowns, and with a Dallas passing defense that is allowing over 250 yards through the air per game, this is a perfect opportunity for D Jax to show that he’s still “got it”.

Since joining Las Vegas in Week 10, Jackson has played 34% of the offensive snaps but has only received a small handful of targets. Three weeks into him joining the team it is believed that Jackson has developed comfort in the offensive system and can build a rhythm with Raiders signal-caller and captain, Derek Carr and with the Cowboys not having film on the two together the connection could prove to be beneficial for the Raiders.

Jackson is one of the premier deep threats in the league, even at his advanced age, and the Raiders need to try and take advantage of that in this one. The offense has been way too vanilla as of late, and in Jackson, they have the kind of player that can take the lid off a defense at any time, and he has no problems doing so against Dallas.
