3 Raiders to watch in their Week 12 battle against Dallas
Casey Hayward, CB
To say that veteran Casey Hayward Jr. is having a productive year would be an understatement, as in over 350 coverage snaps, Hayward has yet to allow a touchdown this season. With Amari Cooper out this week on the COVID-19 list, and CeeDee Lamb going through the concussion protocol on a short week, look for wayward to potentially line up against Michael Gallup.
Hayward has played exceptionally well in coverage and will be tasked once again to maintain sticky coverage which will allow the league’s best pass-rushing duo in Maxx Crosby and Yannick Ngakoue to work to fight against the staunch offensive line of the Cowboys and disrupt Dak Prescott.
This is a game that Las Vegas could certainly win, but it is going to take a total team effort, and these three players are going to be key if they want to move to 6-5. This is once again a dangerous road that this Las Vegas team is going down, but a win on Thanksgiving Day would go a long way in them finally righting the ship.
