Las Vegas Raiders: Keys to victory against the Cowboys in Week 12

Doesn’t matter how; the Raiders must allocate Darren Waller with more touches

In recent weeks, Darren Waller has also seen a drop-off in production. That is not his fault, as he has only been targeted an average of eight times in the past three weeks. While that amount may seem like a lot, compared to Waller’s best game of the season in Week 1 – he had nineteen targets alone.

Not to mention, he also was a factor in the red zone.

When you possess a matchup nightmare of Darren’s caliber, you must consistently and frequently utilize him. He is more than capable of doing so against a Dallas Cowboy defense that ranks ninth in the NFL for allowing the most yards versus tight ends.

Waller is one of those players who need to be involved in the game plan weekly, and it seems like sometimes, the Raiders forget that he is on the field. That cannot happen against a Dallas team that is favored by more than a touchdown.
