Las Vegas Raiders vs Washington Football Team: 3 things to watch in Week 13

Yannick Ngakoue & Maxx Crosby

It is not very often when defensive ends are a joy to watch. The defensive line is known for its dirty work and does not receive much fanfare. However, these two special defensive ends are one of the most intriguing aspects to watch from the Raiders on a week-to-week basis.

Constantly in the face of every opposing quarterback, they have been one of the biggest and pleasant surprises on a Raiders team still trying to obtain an identity even through 12 weeks of football. With inconsistent play all around on this team, Ngakoue and Crosby have been the two most consistent pillars on this defense and team overall.

The Washington Football team was able to find a diamond in the rough in quarterback Taylor Heinicke this season, but he should have his hands full trying to stay away from the Raiders’ potent pass-rushing specialists. This should be a matchup fans of both sides should be keeping an eye on, as the determiner for victory here will hinge on just how early and often these two can keep Heinicke on his back foot.
