Raiders will have a tough task against feisty WFT on Sunday

The Las Vegas Raiders will look to make it two in a row against an NFC East opponent on Sunday, but it is not going to be easy.
On Monday night, the Washington Football Team took on the Seattle Seahawks at home, looking for their third win in a row. During that time, they have beaten two former MVPs of the league in Tom Brady and Cam Newton and would be facing another elite quarterback in Russell Wilson in primetime.
Taylor Heinicke and his WFT teammates would end up beating Wilson and the Seahawks, putting together a gritty effort that should worry fans of the Raiders. They were outstanding on defense, showed some big play ability, and are certainly not going to be a team that the Raiders need to overlook.
After taking on the WFT at home, they go to Kansas City to take on the Chiefs, but overlooking this feisty team would be an absolute mistake. They have proven under Ron Rivera that they have a never-say-die attitude, and currently are the No. 7 seed in the NFC in terms of the playoff race.
This game means just as much to them as it does to the Silver and Black, making this an interesting matchup inside Allegiant Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
Raiders looking to make it two in a row
For the Raiders, a win against the WFT is a must, as it moves their record to 7-5, and with a chance to move into a tie for first place against Kansas City the following weekend. Of course, the Chiefs play a Denver team that looked good beating the Los Angeles Chargers this past weekend, so there is a chance that the Raiders go into that game with the same record as Kansas City, and another chance to take sole possession of first place in the division.
The Raiders really control their own destiny going down the stretch, but it won’t be easy, as they have one of the tougher schedules in the NFL to close out their season. This is going to be a real test for a team that has already been tested so many times this year, and finishing the job will go a long way in the franchise considering the future of interim head coach Rich Bisaccia.
To win, they will have to beat former head coach, Jack Del Rio, the last man to lead this team to the playoffs.
