The Las Vegas Raiders take on the Washington Football Team in Week 13, and here are some reasonable expectations in the matchup.

In Week 13 of the 2021 NFL season, the Las Vegas Raiders will play host to the Washington Football Team in a must-win game for both franchises. The Raiders currently hold the No. 8 seed in the AFC Playoff race, this after losing three straight out of the bye week before a win on Thanksgiving Day against Dallas.

Washington, on the other hand, is one of the hottest teams in football, winning three straight games, and currently holds a playoff spot in the NFC. This one is going to be a good one, and here, we look at some reasonable expectations for the Silver and Black.

Derek Carr throws for two-plus touchdowns

The Silver and Black came out throwing against the Dallas Cowboys on Thanksgiving Day, as Derek Carr connected with DeSean Jackson for a touchdown pass on the first drive. Carr currently is the league leader in passing yards, and with the way this team struggles to run the ball, I would expect him to come out firing against Washington on Sunday as well.

Carr has thrown for a ton of yards this season, but not a ton of touchdowns, and has not thrown for two or more in a game since the Kansas City debacle. I like that to change on Sunday, with Carr having a minimum of two touchdown passes against this Washington secondary.
