The Week 13 matchup between the Las Vegas Raiders (6-5)  and the Washington Football Team (5-6) has huge ramifications for both opponents.

The Las Vegas Raiders finally overcame a difficult stretch of the season after accumulating three straight losses after their Week 8 bye with a Thanksgiving victory in Dallas. Even after the many pitfalls that have endangered the Raiders season, they are still in the thick of the playoff hunt, and only one game back of the Kansas City Chiefs for the divisional lead.

The Washington Football Team, their opponent in Week 13, is on the cusp of also eclipsing the divisional leader in their respected division as well. After a horrific start to the season, Washington has seemed to found its footing and is on a three-game winning streak heading into Las Vegas.

With the Dallas Cowboys losing three of their last four contests, the NFC East division is now becoming a wide-open race.

With Las Vegas looking to gain much-needed ground on the Chiefs, and Washington looking to inch ever so closer to the Cowboys, this game has major implications on both teams and their seasons.
