The Las Vegas Raiders will take on the Washington Football Team in Week 13, and here are some reasons why they will win game No. 7.
In Week 13, the Las Vegas Raiders will look to move to 7-5 against a Washington Football Team riding a three-game winning streak. Washington comes into this game on a short week, as they beat the Seattle Seahawks on Monday night, and are a bit banged-up in this matchup.
Here, we look at some reasons why the Silver and Black will defeat the WFT.
Reasons the Las Vegas Raiders will beat the WFT in Week 13
Missing McKissic
The Washington Football Team will be without one of its key weapons on Sunday, as J.D. McKissic will miss the game due to an injury suffered late in their win against Seattle. While McKissic is not the leading rusher or receiver on this team, he is a dynamic playmaker, and having him enables the WFT to do what they like to on offense.
Antonio Gibson is a solid back, and Taylor Heinicke is the second-leading rusher on this team, but McKissic being out is huge. Expect a heavy dose of Gibson, who is not used to carrying the run game on his back, and is coming off a 29-carry game six days ago against the Seahawks, which is not something he is accustomed to.
Also, Curtis Samuel is expected to be active, but not a full go, which is another key weapon for Washington.
