Reasons the Las Vegas Raiders will beat the WFT in Week 13

Raiders should establish a pass rush

The Las Vegas Raiders have two elite edge rushers on their roster, as Yannick Ngakoue and Maxx Crosby are one of the top tandems in the league. Ngakoue has been racking up the sacks as of late and has passed Crosby for the team lead, but that is not from a lack of effort from Madd Maxx.

In fact, if you watch any Raiders games you will see that Crosby is held nearly every time he tries to get after the quarterback, and in most instances, it isn’t even a little bit. Some of the holds are blatant, and I believe that in this matchup, he is finally going to get free and feast on Taylor Heinicke, who is not afraid to hold the ball a little longer than he should sometimes.

Two weeks ago, the Carolina Panthers were able to notch three sacks against Washington, and that is the kind of effort that I expect from the Raiders this weekend. Crosby and Ngakoue should each get a sack apiece, while guys like Solomon Thomas and Johnathan Hankins make it really uncomfortable for the interior of this Washington offensive line.
