Las Vegas Raiders vs Washington 2021 Week 13: Studs and Duds

Studs – Hunter Renfrow

Thanks to injuries and other off the field factors, slot receiver Hunter Renfrow has somehow become the number one receiver on the Raiders. Since Darren Waller went down with an injury early in the Dallas game, Renfrow has posted stat lines of 8 catches for 134 yards and 9 catches for 102 yards respectively.

Renfrow has just four 100 yard receiving performances out of 41 career games and two of them have come when the Raiders needed it most thanks to a lack of other weapons. He has been getting open all over the field and is even becoming something of a deep threat this season.

The chemistry he has with Derek Carr is special and we should continue to see this connection develop further this season.

The shifty slot receiver has already topped career highs in receptions and yards and matched his rookie year total with 4 touchdowns. He is on pace for almost 1,100 yards and over 100 catches which is a remarkable achievement for an undersized receiver taken in the fifth round of the draft.

The Raiders have a special player in Hunter Renfrow and he has been one of the few constants for the offense this year.
