Las Vegas Raiders vs Washington Football Team: Offensive Grades for Week 13

Cornerbacks

The Raiders cornerbacks in this game did a pretty good job in stopping the Football Team’s wide receivers in Sunday’s game.  Their receivers combined a total of 10 receptions and 71 receiving yards and limited a very talented Terry Mclaurin. Raiders 2021 fifth-round pick, and a top rookie corner in the league, Nate Hobbs, got his first career interception off a deflection that should’ve been a pick by veteran Casey Hayward.

Brandon Facyson was once again solid after a few struggles along the way in replacing both injured starter Trayvon Mullen, who should be returning this week against the Chiefs, and backup Damon Arnette, who was released a week after Henry Ruggs.

Honestly, I believe the Raiders cornerbacks are the most improved part of the team and that includes a much improved defensive line.  I can’t wait to see how well they can play once Mullen comes back after being placed on the injured reserve after the Raiders Week 4 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers.
