The Raiders have struggled with Rich Bisaccia at the helm, and with Dabo and Harbaugh’s names coming up, who would be the better HC fit in 2022?

With the Las Vegas Raiders dropping four of their last five and sitting at a record of 6-6, it seems very unlikely that Rich Bisaccia remains as the team’s head coach in 2022. It’s unknown whether or not it will be a complete coaching staff revamp, but either way, a new coach will be piloting the ship in Las Vegas next season.

There are plenty of NFL coordinators and coaches who could lead this team next year, such as Eric Bieniemy or Byron Leftwich. But there are also some options outside the NFL that Mark Davis could explore.

One of them is Dabo Swinney, who is currently the head coach of Clemson and was at the Las Vegas Raiders vs Washington football game this weekend. The other is another current college coach, who is a former NFL coach and has led his team to be the No. 2 ranked college team in the country this season.

That coach would be Jim Harbaugh, and more rumors are beginning to swirl that Davis is interested in bringing him to Vegas. So, let’s look at both of these head coaching options and see which one is the better fit for Las Vegas.
