3. Rinse and Repeat

It may be unbelievable to think that a game plan should not change coming off of a loss, but this is the case for the defense. The 17-15 loss was not the case of the defense. Although they did allow the Washington offense to take a late lead and doom the Raiders chance of victory, they played stunningly on Sunday.

Surging quarterback Taylor Heinicke was held in check and did not even reach 200 yards passing, star running back Antonio Gibson was largely held in check, being held to 88 yards rushing, which took 23 carries, meaning he was only able to average 3.8 yards per carry. The Silver and Black even held star wide receiver Terry McLaurin to a mere 22 yards receiving.

Whatever defensive coordinator Gus Bradley was able to draw up this past Sunday will need to be brought back facing this potent Chiefs offense.

The play of the defense will be a huge X-Factor in this one, and hopefully they can repeat their dazzling performance from a week prior, the only issue will be can the offense follow suit?
