Las Vegas Raiders at Cleveland Browns: 3 things to watch in Week 15

Raiders Defense

The offensive turnovers did no favors to this defense. Nevertheless, the defensive unit could have done a much better job than what they showed on Sunday.

The 48 points were the most allowed this season in Kansas City, and it was a balance of terrific passing play from quarterback Patrick Mahomes and a rushing attack led by a backup running back in Derrick Gore who shredded this defense on Sunday.

It should be worth keeping an eye on how this defense performs coming off such an embarrassing performance. Can the defensive line pressure Baker Mayfield constantly into turning the ball over? Or will they crumble and allow an offensive explosion like we all witnessed on Sunday.

The secondary was truly a highlight of terror in this one, the Chiefs receivers did not drop one pass on Sunday, and there was no true standout here as Mahomes was able to connect on 20 of his 24 attempts, split among eight different receivers.

The Silver and Black must regroup and tinker whatever game-plan they had in place before Sunday’s memorable blowout. Keep an eye out on this unit as they try to somehow salvage a season that looks as if it is slipping away.
