The Las Vegas Raiders have big decisions to make this offseason, and here are four 2023 free agents the team needs to extend this offseason.

Entering Week 15 of the 2021 NFL season, the Las Vegas Raiders are once again at a crossroads. For the third straight season, Las Vegas has gotten off to a hot start, looking like a legitimate playoff contender, only to falter in the second half, and look more like a .500 team.

However, they are still very much alive in the AFC Playoff race, and a win on Monday would go a long way in them actually starting to charge up the current standings. They have a long way to go, as they are a mess on both sides of the ball right now, so it would actually be almost a miracle if they complete the comeback and make the playoffs.

Looking at this roster, there are plenty of guys who have stepped up in a big way this season, and who should be a part of the long-term solution in Las Vegas. On both sides of the ball, we have seen some players step in and dominate, and the hope is, they will be able to keep these guys around for the foreseeable future.

Of the players on Las Vegas’s roster that are currently under contract, and who will become free agents after the 2023 campaign, who should be awarded an extension before the start of the 2022 season?
