The Las Vegas Raiders will welcome the Denver Broncos to Allegiant Stadium in Week 16, and here are our early odds and predictions for the AFC West matchup.

In Week 15, the Las Vegas Raiders went into Cleveland and squeaked out a victory, beating a COVID-19 depleted team by the score of 16-14. In today’s NFL, a win is a win, and we have seen many favored teams get upset, as was evident by the Detroit Lions knocking off Arizona this past weekend.

Sitting at 7-7, the Raiders will play two more home games in the regular season, sandwiched around a road matchup against Indianapolis, so they have to take care of business at home. Their first task comes this Sunday against Denver on a short week, a Broncos team that could be without starting quarterback Teddy Bridgewater for the matchup.

For Bridgewater, it was his second concussion in the last three months, so I definitely do not expect him to be out there on Sunday.

Raiders vs Denver Odds Week 16

The Week 15 betting odds on WynnBET have the Raiders as 1.0-point favorites at home against their divisional rival in this one. They have -120 Moneyline odds, while Denver is the underdog at +100. The total for the game is set at an over/under of 42.0 points.

Raiders vs Denver Prediction Week 16

The Broncos suffered a big loss in Week 15, as they saw starting quarterback Teddy Bridgewater go down with a horrific-looking injury. Bridgewater was sent to the hospital and was released, but he is currently in concussion protocol, and after seeing him lay motionless on the field this past weekend, it would be something if he was able to play against Las Vegas.

That means Drew Lock will get the start for Denver, which is great news for a Raiders team looking to get above .500 on the season and stay in the playoff race. Denver was awful with Lock under center against Cincinnati last weekend, and I believe the Raiders will have his number in this one.

If Lock is a turnover machine, this one gets ugly, but being a divisional game, I like the Raiders to win 21-17 at home, moving to 8-7 on the season.
