4 things that should be on the Las Vegas Raiders Christmas List

A Lasting Head Coach

This offseason will revolve around what the Raiders do at the head coach position. Jon Gruden practically had his fingerprints on every move within this organization, so his departure leaves the Raiders in limbo.

Will the new head coach come in and try to work with what the team has? Or will he want to completely reshape the team from the ground up the moment he gets in?

Either way, the Raiders wish for a coach that will finally be the stabilizing force they’ve been searching for these last twenty years. Even if you look at just the career of starting quarterback Derek Carr, there have already been five if you consider interim head coaches in Rich Bisaccia and Tony Sparano.

That is just not going to work, and if you look at the consistently good franchises, consistency at the head coach spot is paramount. For the Raiders, they have to finally get this one right.
