Las Vegas Raiders vs Denver Broncos: Instant reactions from Week 16

Hunter Renfrow is a Pro Bowl player

When the list of Pro Bowl players was announced earlier this week, there were some glaring omissions in terms of the Las Vegas Raiders. One big omission was wide receiver Hunter Renfrow, who is having a record-breaking season for a Raiders wide receiver this season, and he put on quite a display in front of the home fans in this one.

Not only did Renfrow haul in enough catches to pull into second-place all-time in single-season receptions for a wide receiver, but he also grabbed a beautiful touchdown pass from Derek Carr. With Darren Waller out, and Bryan Edwards missing the game due to COVID, Renfrow needed to step up once again, and step up he did, showing that he is one of the valuable wideouts in all of football.

He may not look like the prototypical wide receiver, as he does not have great size or speed, but he is blessed with elite route-running abilities, as well as golden hands. The Raiders found a gem by drafting him in the fifth round back in 2019, and there are certainly a lot of Pro Bowls, and possibly All-Pro nominations in his future.
