The Las Vegas Raiders play host to the Denver Broncos today in a must-win game for each team’s chances of staying alive during the AFC Playoff push.

On Christmas Day, the Las Vegas Raiders were hoping that the NFC would deliver them some presents, with the Green Bay Packers going up against Cleveland, and the Indianapolis Colts traveling to take on the Arizona Cardinals. Green Bay and Arizona are considered two of the best teams in the NFC this season, and were both at home, so it was not out of the question for both to come away with victories.

Instead, Green Bay did its job, beating the Browns, and the Colts came back and beat the Cardinals at home. For the Raiders, that was a huge victory for the Colts, as it makes the Week 17 matchup even more of a must-win for the franchise.

While that battle will take place next weekend, all eyes should be solely focused on the Denver Broncos, who come into this game looking to end any chance of the Raiders actually reaching the postseason. To do so, they will have to do it with Drew Lock at quarterback, as Teddy Bridgewater was ruled out due to a concussion he suffered last weekend.

Raiders Injury Report vs Denver Week 16

The Raiders will be without key players for what seems like the 400th week in a row, as Darren Waller is doubtful for this game, and is not likely to play. In the team’s Week 15 victory over Cleveland, they lost Johnathan Abram for the season due to a shoulder injury, and the hits do not stop there.

In the final injury report heading into this crucial matchup, two defensive stars, Johnathan Hankins and Denzel Perryman were both listed as questionable. As always, the Raiders will have to navigate major injuries to come away with a victory in Week 16.

Raiders vs Denver Odds, Spread, Over/Under & Betting Pick Week 16

WynnBET’s Week 16 NFL odds have the Raiders favored by 1.0 points at home against their rival in this one. This is an interesting matchup, since the Raiders could barely beat a Cleveland Browns team down nearly 20 players on Monday, and are going into this game on a short week.

However, Denver has Drew Lock starting, and that has to be something this team is excited about, as the Silver and Black have had his number during his NFL career. With Las Vegas needing a win to keep their playoff hopes alive and being at home, I like for them to come away with the victory, beating Denver easier than most believe they will.

Take the Raiders Moneyline, but based on these two offenses, I would not go anywhere near this over/under.
