Raiders Game Sunday: Raiders at Indianapolis odds and prediction for NFL Week 17 game

The Las Vegas Raiders head to Indianapolis to keep their playoff hopes alive in Week 17 of the 2021 NFL season. Here are the odds and early prediction.
In Week 15, the Las Vegas Raiders were able to squeak out a victory against the Cleveland Browns, moving their record back to .500, and narrowly staying alive in the AFC Playoff picture. Then came this past Sunday, when division rival Denver came to Allegiant Stadium, both teams at 7-7, and both still clinging to life in the playoff race.
With their second straight victory, Las Vegas is still alive in the playoff hunt in the AFC, but their biggest, and most important task awaits them in Week 17. That task is a road game against the Indianapolis Colts, a team that is fresh off two huge victories against New England and Arizona, and one that boasts a potential MVP at running back in Johnathan Taylor.
To say this is going to be a tough road for the Silver and Black is an understatement, as Indianapolis can hurt you in so many ways, but is a bit depleted on defense. Las Vegas did a great job against the run in Week 16, and they will need all of that and more against this Colts offense on Sunday.

The Week 17 betting odds on WynnBET have the Silver and Black as huge underdogs on the road. To start the week, Las Vegas is getting 8.5 points from the Colts. They have +300 Moneyline odds, while Indianapolis is the favorite at -380. The total for the game is set at an over/under of 46.5 points.
Raiders at Indianapolis Prediction Week 17
This has been a nice two-game stretch for the Raiders, but this Colts team is playing on another level right now and is going to be trouble. You have to think back at games like the road loss against the New York Giants, and the home loss to Chicago to really see how this promising season went off the rails.
With wins against those lowly teams, Las Vegas would control their own destiny, but instead, they have to go on the road and beat a team that is favored by nearly ten points. This late in the game, and possibly without Darren Waller, I have a hard time believing that the Raiders can pull off such a miracle.
I like the Colts to win this one by a touchdown at home, cementing their spot in the playoffs, and pretty much eliminating the Raiders from contention.
