Looking at the two signal-callers in this game, you have to think that the Raiders have a decided advantage with Derek Carr under center. Carson Wentz has been absolutely awful at times this season, even in his team’s victories, whereas the Raiders usually win when No. 4 has himself a good game through the air.

Carr struggles with turnovers or has struggled with them as of late, and the Colts do not really put Wentz in a situation where he is forced to make a play. The Raiders have to get the Colts to situations where Wentz, and not Taylor is forced to beat them, because he has yet to prove he can do so with the Colts.

The Las Vegas Raiders took on the Denver Broncos in Week 16 needing a win to stay alive in the AFC, and here are three things we learned in the victory.

Overall, this is a matchup that the Raiders should win, as Carr is a much better quarterback than Wentz is at this point. Las Vegas needs this crucial victory if they hope to stay alive in the AFC Playoff picture, and it may come down to whether or not Carr outplays Wentz by a wide margin.
