Las Vegas Raiders Wild Card vs Cincinnati Bengals: 3 things to watch
By Alex Perl
The Las Vegas Raiders are in the playoffs, and here are three things to keep an eye on in their Wild Card matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals.
The Las Vegas Raiders have done the unthinkable and reached the postseason after such an up and down season. Let that sink in a bit — Raider Nation, the Silver and Black have reached the playoffs.
After a thrilling Week 18 victory over the Los Angeles Chargers, the Silver and Black are finally in the postseason for the first time since 2016. However, unlike that season, the Raiders are in much better shape to do some damage in the playoffs, as quarterback Derek Carr will make his first start in the postseason in his eight-year career.
The Raiders will be traveling to face the Cincinnati Bengals this Saturday, and hopefully, exact some much-needed revenge on a team who embarrassed them 32-13 in Week 11. The weather will be an issue, as it is supposed to snow, but this is a team that went to Cleveland and won a few weeks back, so they should be able to combat that this time around.
With so much anticipation this week after finally receiving that elusive playoff berth, let’s take a look at three things to watch in this major playoff clash this weekend in Cincy.
