5 Raiders who most likely will not be back in Las Vegas in 2022
Richie Incognito, OL
It seems like forever since Richie Incognito was available for the Raiders, though when he was healthy, he actually played better than expected. Incognito played at a Pro Bowl level at times during the 2019 NFL season, playing so well that the Silver and Black decided to reward him with a new contract.
However, since then, he has struggled mightily to get on the field, and based on his age, there is no way that the new regime brings him back for another season in Las Vegas. He has had a long NFL career, but based on Denzelle Good coming back, the Raiders likely do not need another season of Incognito on the roster.
Alex Leatherwood made the move to right guard during the season and played much better down the stretch, so he is likely to start in 2022 at that spot. John Simpson and Good will battle it out for the left guard spot, and the hope is that the Raiders can find another veteran to come in and provide depth, or possibly start next season.
