The Las Vegas Raiders hold the No. 22 overall pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, and here are three positions they can fix immediately with that selection.

With their loss to the Cincinnati Bengals in the Wild Card round, the Las Vegas Raiders locked in the No. 22 overall pick in the 2022 NFL Draft. After finally reaching the playoffs, and winning ten games, the Raiders will be in line to make a bunch of changes this offseason, starting with their general manager.

Las Vegas fired Mike Mayock after the loss to Cincinnati, and there is still no word as to whether or not Rich Bisaccia will shed his interim label and be named the full-time head coach. The Silver and Black are rumored to be in on some big names like Josh McDaniels and Jim Harbaugh, so we will have to wait and see who is stalking the sidelines next season.

Shifting focus to the NFL Draft, the Raiders have struggled in a big way in the first round, which is likely the reason Mayock lost his job. At pick No. 22 overall, they have a chance to bring in a foundational player to the organization, and the new general manager certainly cannot afford to miss.

Here, we look at three positions that could be improved immediately at pick No. 22 overall.
